This often assists clients in obtaining development tax relief and often comprises the most cost-efficient way of achieving our client's development potential.

We have an extensive portfolio of sites that we have previously worked on where existing farmstead buildings have been extended to support their future operations.

Equally, where such land holdings have fulfilled their development potential we assist clients in redeveloping these sites for more profitable uses.  

We are well versed in supporting the redevelopment and expansion of local businesses across the South Coast where existing premises are at capacity, but where businesses want to retain their physical site location owing to an established and expanding client base.

We have excellent experience in dealing with misc developments such as expanding parking areas for flatted developments in heavily constrained areas.

Such developments often fall outside of the box but at Cross Town Planning we have a wealth of experience in ensuring permissions can be forthcoming with Local Planning Authorities.

We also act on behalf of a number of landowners on matters relating to Planning Enforcement Controls where breaches have taken place.  In most cases our clients have found that in remedying these breaches they are able to concurrently maximise the development potential of their holdings.

We are specialists in the Planning Appeal process for both Planning Appeals and Planning Enforcement Appeals.

Our mantra is always to seek to work with Local Planning Authorities concurrently with the lodging of any Planning Appeal to mitigate the unknown risks often associated with the Planning Appeal process.

Cross Town Planning have acted, and are able to act, through all types of Planning Appeal procedures including written representations, hearings and public inquiries.

We benefit from direct access arrangements to legal advice through Counsel and have long established relationships with Planning Barristers and KCs.
