Who We Are

Cross Town Planning was founded by James, a Chartered Town Planner who lives and works in the south coast.

With over 15 years of development experience, James has worked for a number of Local Planning Authorities, Planning Consultancies, Retirement Developers and PLC Housebuilders.

This wealth of experience and breadth of knowledge means there is no project too small or too large that we cannot provide consultancy advice on and subsequently obtain planning permission for.

We pride ourselves on providing professional, accessible and honest advice at all times.  The Company's values are key to every aspect of the work undertaking; priding ourselves on honest and straightforward advice to our clients.

We have previously worked on projects from small extensions, allocating existing farming land for residential development, redevelopment of agricultural buildings for residential uses to replacement dwellings in Conservation Areas.
